FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY
You can use a Padsicle as often as you please, certainly every time you change your maternity pad. There should be a 40 minute period of rest between each Padsicle.
For best results, remove Padsicles from the box and place Padsicles in your home freezer for at least three hours prior to use.
For Post-Partum and general EXTERNAL use.
1. Remove a sealed Padsicle from the freezer and manipulate the packaging for a couple of seconds to make the pad more flexible.
2. Take the pad out of its sealed sleeve.
3. Remove the paper strip that covers the sticky part of the pad. Dispose of the wrapper and strip.
4. Press the sticky side of the pad into the centre of your underwear or large maternity pad (if necessary).
